A Case of Eosinophilic Cellulitis

Abstract
|
|
|
We report a case of eosinophilic cellulitis developed in a 54-year-old male.
He had a cellulitis-like erythematous plaque on the left thigh and an erosive and crusted bulla on the left ankle for 7 days. Histologic findings showed diffuse dense infiltration of eosinophils and characteristic flame figures in the dermis.
After taking prednisolone orally for 2 weeks, his skin lesions were improved almost completely.
